Journalists that participate in media trips programme - authors of the exhibition 2/2
Environmental protection is one of the most common topics addressed by journalists - participants in the programme of media trips implemented by the Pulse of Europe project. A third of all 450 media reports produced after media trips to EU member countries are in the field of environmental protection and the fight against climate change.
That was the reason for the project to present the most important information and data obtained by journalists during media trips through a photo exhibition. The exhibition "How Green is Europe" shows the most important data on environmental protection standards and policies in several EU countries: Denmark, Estonia, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Portugal. The authors of the photos are journalists from local media who participated in visits to those countries, as well as members of the project team who were also in charge of the accompanying texts.
The exhibition was presented at an event held in Belgrade on June 6 as part of the EU Green Week, and it is planned to be handed over to schools and civil society organisations that deal with environmental protection. As the topic has been dealt with in other EU countries, the exhibition will be updated.
In the second part, green models of Sweden and Czech Republic are presented.
